Every year, Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, announces the Jordan’s Best Workplaces™ List, based on the performance of companies on the Trust Index© Survey which runs on the Emprising™ platform (SaaS-software as a service).

Employees respond to over 60 Survey statements describing the extent to which their organisation creates a Great Place to Work – For All™, meaning that the company empowers all individuals to reach their full potential.

For larger organizations (over 100 employees), list participation also depends on the company’s performance on the Culture Audit© tool, which requires management to share a report describing how the company achieves a high trust high performance culture as a result of company practices in the area of employee engagement.

To ensure Surveys truly represent all employees, we require enough people in each organisation to respond so that results ensure a minimum 95% confidence level (+/- 5% margin of error). We review any anomalies in survey responses, to make sure company survey results are fully trusted.
